You will, in the event of a show of hands. However, you can vote by proxy, in the event of a poll.

Does Paragon pay a cash dividend?

The amount of any interim or final dividend, together with the payment date, are announced with the half-year and/or full-year results. Any interim dividend is normally paid at the end of July/early August, while any final dividend is paid after approval at the Annual General Meeting, normally held in February.

What is Paragon's policy on dividends?

The Board intends to pursue a progressive dividend policy so that, by 2016 and thereafter, dividend cover will be maintained in the range of 3.0 to 3.5 times.

Can I take my dividend in shares?

 We do not currently offer a facility to take the dividend in shares.

Can I receive my cash dividend directly into my bank/building society?

Yes. If you would like to receive the cash dividend directly into your bank/building society, please complete the slip which accompanies your dividend cheque and return the slip to the registrars:
